AWS — infrastructure that scales when you need it to.
AWS is our default recommendation for most projects — the breadth of services means we rarely have to bolt on a third-party tool for something AWS already does well, and it scales from a small business site to serious production load without a platform change.
AWS, applied.
App hosting & deployment
EC2, ECS, or serverless Lambda — matched to what your application actually needs.
Managed databases
RDS and DynamoDB setups that don't require you to babysit a database server.
CI/CD pipelines
Automated deploys so shipping a change doesn't mean a manual, risky process.
Monitoring & cost control
CloudWatch alerting and infrastructure sized for your actual traffic, not guesswork.

When AWS is the right call — and when it isn’t.
AWS is the right home for an application with real scale, unusual infrastructure requirements, or compliance obligations that call for fine-grained control over where data sits and who can reach it. The breadth of services means almost anything you need already exists, and you can start small and grow without re-platforming. That breadth is also the catch. AWS gives you a hundred ways to do everything, bills for each of them separately, and is genuinely easy to overspend on if nobody is watching — forgotten test environments and oversized instances are the usual culprits. For a standard WordPress site or a small application, managed hosting is simpler, cheaper and easier for your team to reason about. We size the infrastructure to the application, not the other way round.
