Google Cloud — especially strong for AI and data.
GCP tends to win out when a project leans on data processing, analytics, or Google's own AI tooling — Vertex AI, BigQuery, and tight integration with the rest of Google's ecosystem if your business already runs on Workspace.
Google Cloud, applied.
App hosting
Cloud Run and App Engine for web apps and APIs that scale automatically.
Data pipelines & BigQuery
Processing and analyzing large datasets without managing your own data warehouse.
AI & ML tooling
Vertex AI integrations for projects with a genuine machine learning component.
Google Workspace integration
Clean integration if your business already runs on Gmail, Drive, and Workspace.

When Google Cloud is the right call — and when it isn’t.
Google Cloud is strongest where data and machine learning are central to the product. BigQuery handles analytical queries over very large datasets without much tuning, the managed Kubernetes service is widely regarded as the best of the three major clouds, and the AI tooling is well integrated. If your business already uses Google Workspace, identity is one less thing to configure. It is a smaller ecosystem than AWS, so for niche third-party services you will sometimes find fewer ready-made integrations and a shallower pool of engineers who know it. And as with any of the big clouds, it is more infrastructure than a standard website needs — if all you are running is WordPress, managed hosting will cost less and take less looking after.
