Getting a 25-year kiosk manufacturer found online — nationally, not just locally.
Meridian Kiosks designs, manufactures, and assembles self-service kiosks, digital signage, smart lockers, and payment kiosks in-house at their 13-acre facility in Aberdeen, North Carolina. Founded in 1999, they serve buyers across automotive, healthcare, hospitality, government, higher education, retail, and travel — which meant the website and search strategy had to work for a very different set of searchers than a typical local client.
Scope of the work.
Website development
A site structured around a genuinely wide product line — indoor and outdoor kiosks, smart lockers, digital signage, payment kiosks, and food-service kiosks — without burying any one product line under the others.
Multi-industry navigation & messaging
An automotive dealership, a hospital system, and a university are all shopping for a kiosk for completely different reasons. The site is organized so each industry can find its own relevant use case fast, instead of one generic pitch for everyone.
SEO for a national manufacturer
Different problem than local SEO — no single metro area to dominate, real competition from other national self-service and kiosk manufacturers, and search intent that ranges from "self-service kiosk manufacturer" to very specific, industry-driven product searches.
Digital marketing support
Ongoing content and marketing work aimed at the different buyer journeys across their industries — a much longer, more considered purchase than most of our local clients' customers go through.
Our least "local" client — on purpose.
Most of our work is hyperlocal: a business in Jacksonville or St. Johns County trying to win searches in their own backyard. Meridian is the opposite end of the spectrum — an established, ISO 9001-certified American manufacturer competing nationally, with buyers in a dozen different industries who all search differently. Taking on a client like this is exactly why we build websites and SEO strategy custom to the business in front of us, not a one-size-fits-all local-business template.
