Smart TV apps, for the businesses that genuinely need one.
This is a narrower niche than mobile — most businesses don't need a smart TV app. Where it makes real sense: streaming/media content libraries, hospitality in-room experiences, and digital signage systems built on TV OS platforms rather than dedicated signage hardware.

Honest scoping
We'll tell you directly if a TV app isn't actually the right fit for what you're trying to do.
When a TV app makes sense — and when it doesn’t.
A smart TV app is worth building when the living room is genuinely where your content belongs: a video library people watch for long stretches, fitness or training content followed along with, or a channel that extends a subscription your audience already pays for. In those cases the big screen is the natural home and an app removes the friction of casting. It is rarely worth it for anything transactional. Nobody wants to type an address or enter a card number with a remote control, and interfaces built for touch do not survive the translation to a five-button D-pad — everything has to be redesigned for navigation one step at a time. Each platform also has its own store and review process, so supporting several multiplies the work.
